MP Stamped Candle Crock in Red - Winter Birch Scent

Flickering light meets artisan craftsmanship in this beautifully hand-thrown candle, created exclusively for Modern Prairie by Rowe Pottery. The clean, comforting scent of winter birch drifts softly through the air, evoking snowy woods and fireside calm. Each ceramic crock—smoothly glazed and subtly ridged—burns for over 50 hours before transforming into a keepsake vessel ready for new life, from holding flowers to storing favorite trinkets.

✨ How to Clean Out Your Candle Crock ✨

Once your candle has burned down and there’s a little wax left at the bottom, here’s how to safely and easily clean it:

  1. Freeze it: Pop the candle crock in the freezer for a few hours. The remaining wax will harden and shrink slightly, making it easy to pop out with a butter knife or spoon.
  2. Warm water wash: After removing the wax, pour a bit of hot (not boiling) water into the crock to loosen any residue. Let it sit for a few minutes, then pour the water out.
  3. Clean gently: Wipe the inside with a soft cloth or paper towel, and if needed, wash with mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the glaze or finish.
  4. Reuse & enjoy: Once dry, your crock is ready to be reused — for fresh flowers, kitchen utensils, a new candle refill, or anything you’d like. 🌿

Stoneware shipping requires a $5 handling fee.
